• €11,208 (INR ~10,00,000) for one year (as of 2025)
  
  
• You can use banks like Expatrio, Coracle, or Deutsche Bank
  
  

This account proves that you can cover your living expenses in Germany.

Step 3: Arrange Health Insurance

Health insurance is mandatory. You need:

• Travel insurance (for visa application)
  
  
• Public or private German health insurance (for enrollment)
  
  

Tip: Companies like DR-WALTER or Techniker Krankenkasse are commonly accepted.

Step 4: Gather All Required Documents
